Coronavirus-COVID-19 how to defend yourself at home
Don't forget that the virus is everywhere and therefore, even if you are not positive, you can transmit small amounts of viruses to anyone even to yourself.
- avoid unnecessary contacts and interpersonal proximity
- don't share cutlery, glasses, clothing, wipes, pillows
- change the sheets and pillowcases at least twice a week. Wash them at least 60 degrees with detergent and disinfectant.
- Wash your hands often even if you don't go out, approximately 10 times a day. Absolutely before cooking, before eating, after touching boxes or packs of anything.
- Any infected or dirty garment should be washed as soon as possible with the addition of disinfectant, possibly 60 degrees. Do not reuse clothing already worn.
