You must adopt any system that can reduce the amount of viruses that enter your body.

Everything you touch can be infected.
From your hands it can reach your mouth, nose, eyes.
Wash your hands often, very well.
Wash your hands:
Before you go out.
- When you walk into a store
- when you leave a store
- every time you touch some objects
- As soon as you get home.
When you get home, wash your hands thoroughly, take off all your clothes, take a shower, and wear something freshly washed.
To wash your hands:
- If you have liquid soap put it on dry hands so that it adersica well
- If you use solid soap moistede your hands first to be able to distribute it on your skin
- Wash the palm of your hands and back carefully
- Wash carefully every finger
- Clean your nails well
- Wash your wrists
- Reshing well
- Dry with a disposable paper towel
- Use a wipe to close the faucet and to open and request the door.
- Throw the wipe in a container outside the bathroom
If you can't wash your hands
- disinfect them with a disinfectant product with at least 65% alcohol. check the label.
- When possible, use disposable plastic gloves.
