Coronavirus-COVID-19: Avoid bringing the virus into the home
Coronavirus-COVID-19: Take off your shoes before entering the house
Never use shoes in the house. Don't even take a step.
Beneath the sole of the shoes accumulates dirt of all kinds impregnated with viruses and bacteria.
Think you walk where there are people spitting on the ground on the street, or throwing their blinds,
or where dogs pass by who do their needs everywhere then succinityally cleaned by their owners.
But also crumbs of food, remnants of a sandwich or a brioche, which fall to the ground and then go to love filling with insects and bacteria, or maybe a worm coming out of a manhole.
The list goes on and on, but I don't think anyone wants to bring this crap into their homes,
walk in the house with dirty shoes leaving invisible bacteria everywhere on the floor that then through our feet arrive on the sofa, in the bed and everywhere.
Take off your shoes as soon as you enter.
Don't even step into the house with your shoes.
Not even to get something you forgot on your way out.
Coronavirus-COVID-19: Never use the garments you used outside at home
The same thing you do with clothing.
Your pants rest on seats and chairs touched and used by anyone.
Even from people who just touched their noses, or who haven't showered for days.
The sleeves of your jacket may have touched a dirty railing, or the jamping of a door or a person.
Don't sit in a chair at home with the pants you used outside, maybe at the bar or on the bus.
Absolutely don't sit or lie down on the bed with clothes you used outside.
Then in the bed you sleep, touch it with your skin and you would come into direct contact with everything you touched during the day.
When you get back into the house, take off all the clothes you're wearing and use something clean, a T-shirt and shorts, slippers that you only use in the house.
Wash your hands carefully, then wash your hands right away. Take a shower and wear something clean.
The shower should be done at least twice a day, even if you do not go out.
Guests without shoes, and then disinfect everything they touched.
With Coronavirus-COVID-19 you don't have to have guests. But these rules always apply.
Also ask your guests to take off their shoes, maybe arrange slippers for them.
When your guests have left you will have to clean and disinfect all the surfaces that have been touched by their clothes.
Typically it will be the chairs and the table, a pass to the sofa perhaps with a damp cloth of disinfectant.
It's five minutes that can help keep your home hygienically clean.
